Support text, selected images, an anonymous ID, and the app language and version are processed by Cloudflare for replies and troubleshooting. No name or email registration is needed. Text and images are normally deleted 90 days after the last update.

Rankings → Leave ranking

When you join the global ranking, Cloudflare stores an anonymous ID, public name, distance, boxes opened and operating system. Your name, records and operating system are displayed publicly. You can leave and delete your ranking data from the ranking screen.

Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses. Short-lived, irreversible identifiers are used to limit abusive requests.

Save on this device

Distance, opening progress, materials, settings, shown tips and celebrations, and support text, images and daily counts are stored on your device to restore and display them.

Only selected images are resized and saved, with location and other metadata removed. We do not access your full photo library, camera, microphone, contacts or location. Delete history in the support screen. Deleting the app removes local records. iOS backups follow Apple and device settings.

Anonymous IDs and their language, version, and OS information remain while you participate in the ranking. Otherwise, inactive IDs are deleted after 90 days by daily cleanup.

Deleting support history removes your messages, replies, and selected photos from the server. It keeps the daily send counter so the 3-message limit is not reset. Counters are normally deleted after about 8 days.

Hashed IP identifiers and short-term request-rate counters are normally deleted within about 25 hours.
